The most critical step we take when we are under severe depression or anxiety isn't it? 'Depression' when we here this word, our nerves gets stretched and we experience a great pressure. Anything that does not go right in life may put you in depression, morning problems, any type of illness like headache, irritation etc, may keep you depressed.   • Repeatedly when you are underestimated in your regular place of work or at home.

  • Constant loss of weight, unhealthy eating habits.
  • Lower level of confidence that may also lead you to feel depressed.
  • Negative thinking like suicide or death may make you feel depressed.
  • Any physical and mental pain may also cause depression.

Some of the significant causes of depression may be categorized as per the conditions they deal with. Depression or anxiety is not a single reason that we can find a solution to it. To find a solution to it, you should know the exact reason behind the depression. After knowing the reason one can make a comment about it. Before having any idea about it, we can just hint out the cause, but the actual reason can be narrated by the sufferer itself. The very simple way to keep away from depression is recreation and relaxation, where you can experience mental peace. Some gardening lovers feels cool after seeing flowers, so plan a walk in garden that will provide you with some sort of serenity. So find a mode that may provide you with relaxation of mind.
